 $500 for 2 hour event

 

12pm - 2pm  or    4pm - 6pm

 

Each additional hour is $100

+Taxes

 

4% fee for Credit Card Payments

(*fee will be debited from "refundable security fee")

 

$300 refundable security fee,

Refunded if the following rules are met:

 

 

No Food, Drinks or Sweets in the

Play Area

 

No confetti

No glitter activities

50% Deposit required to book.

Balance is due 5 days prior to the event if paying with Credit Card.

If Paying Balance in cash on event date please have exact amount.

**Tablecloth's available to add on $18 per tablecloth,

you may bring in your own table covers

Guidelines for Characters:

To ensure the well-being of our performers,

each character is required to take two 10-minute breaks.

Our costumes can become hot,

so we appreciate your cooperation and support.

*Please know play pretend stations

will not be set up for private event's.

Yes, you may bring in your own

food & drinks.

 

Catering allowed.

 

No cooking on premises,

all food must be completely cooked.

 

Fridge & Freezer Access

 

Outside vendors must get approval from

Lil Munchkins Indoor Playground

Our Staff will maintain cleanliness of restrooms, trash cans and take out trash, sweep, and mop if needed during the event and final sweeping and mopping after the event .

Once you make a deposit, your rate is locked.

 

 

Please know we will have tables and chairs ready at your desire start time.

 

Set up time: you will be allowed 1 Hour before event start time for set up and 30 minutes after event end time for clean up. Please keep in mind and considered adding more service hours if you have balloon, sweets buffet table, churro cart or any other vendor who requires more than 30 minutes.

 

Everyone must be out of the facility by the event end time,

if additional time is needed and there is availability

you may add more time.

 

 All food, drinks, decor, and any other items you brought in, including vendor rentals, must be removed by the end of the cleanup hour. If you require special accommodations, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist you, subject to availability.
