$500 refundable security fee,

Refunded if the following rules are met:

 

 

No Food, Drinks or Sweets in the

Play Area

 

No confetti

No glitter activities

No face paint activities

No slime activities

Late fee will apply if event does not end by the scheduled end time.

All guest and vendors must have exit our facility.

$75 per 30 min

 

50% Deposit required to book.

Balance is due 5 days prior to the event if paying with Credit Card.

If Paying Balance in cash on event date please have exact amount.

**Tablecloth's available to add on $18 per tablecloth,

you may bring in your own table covers

Backdrops, Pedestals, and Balloon Garlands Add-ons 

are available.

 

Play are will consist of:

Play Structure

8ft x 8ft Ball Pit

1 Ride

2 Rocking Animals

1 SeeSaw

*Please know play pretend stations

will not be set up for private event's.

Yes, you may bring in your own

food & drinks.

 

Catering allowed.

 

No cooking on premises,

all food must be completely cooked.

 

Fridge & Freezer Access

 

Outside vendors must get approval from

Lil Munchkins Indoor Playground

Our Staff will maintain cleanliness of restrooms, trash cans and take out trash, sweep, and mop if needed during the event and final sweeping and mopping after the event .

 

Event host is responsible for gift wrapping paper to be place in a trash bag.

Once you make a deposit, your rate is locked.

 

 

Please know we will have tables and chairs ready at your desire start time.

 

Please keep in mind your set up time starts at your start time, considered adding more service hours if you have balloon, sweets buffet table, churro cart or any other vendor.

 

Everyone must be out of the facility by the event end time,

if additional time is needed and there is availability

you may add more time.

 

Clean up time needs to be completed by event end time: Food, Drinks, Decor anything you brought in needs to be out including vendors rentals. Need special accommodations? please talk to us and we can accomodate of availability allows.
